STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

We have Strength & Conditioning classes for adults and youth. This class is ideal for someone who wants to improve their physical strength and cardiovascular health. This class will utilize the Morpheus Heart Rate Variability monitor to maximize HR zones to increase your health and vitality.

I have been working out with the trainers at PTD Collective for several years. I am so happy to see them in their new storefront. The gym is clean and beautiful. I have lost 25+ lbs AND kept it off with their fun group classes and private sessions where I learned to clean up my diet and learn how to workout effectively at my own pace. I love that the coaches are always offering modifications to anyone who needs lower impact options or if you want to challenge yourself. I am so grateful for everything they've taught me so that I could make lifestyle changes that work for me.
